Energy 101 will proceed with planning for a major EV charging hub in South Wales. Working to support the local authority with the regional transition to EV, whilst decarbonising the local grid infrastructure 

Following a lengthy period of due diligence and grid capacity research Energy 101 are pleased to have secured grid capacity to allow for the implementation of what we hope to be a long line of new EV charging hubs. This initial scheme being developed in the Gwent region of South Wales will be first of its kind, helping the local community with their transition to the increasing usage of Electric Vehicles.  

This new EV charging scheme will also be supported by a dedicated Large Scale Battery Storage System, providing grid balancing support to the local electrical distribution network and resilience of supplies for the community.
